Palm Sunday marks the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the back of a donkey. Entering the city on a donkey symbolized HIS arrival in peace, rather than as a war-waging king arriving on stallion. Jesus riding in on a donkey also fulfilled the prophecy of Zechariah which was proclaimed approximately 500 years earlier as he predicted in Zechariah 9:9 that the king would come seated on a donkey But the significance of the donkey goes even beyond the prophecies. ‘Support the showwww.BibleDeliverance.org
