Palm Sunday (Welcome and Worship the Messiah)

Good morning! During the season of Lent, Christians sometimes focus on giving things up for God. However, our main focus approaching Easter should not be on what we give up for God but how God gave himself up for us. Galatians 2:20 says: "the life I now live in the flesh we live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself up for me." The glory of the gospel is that God has done everything necessary for us in Christ so that we might have life in Him. It's His awesome gift to us by grace when we put our faith in Him. Today and next week, we will center our attention and hearts around Christ - his death, burial, and resurrection from the grave to forgive our sins and offers us new life. The reality we celebrate and reflect on this Lenten season is truly the story of Greatest Hope. We are so glad to share in worship and fellowship with you today!
