Pamela Ferro: The Specific Carbohydrate Diet. September 14, 2021

Pamela Ferro, RN is widely recognized as an advocate who assists children and adults with autism to use the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). She collaborated with the late Elaine Gottschall, author of Breaking the Vicious Cycle, when her son was diagnosed with ASD. Pamela's book, co-authored with Raman Prasad, is called, "The SCD for Autism and ADHD: A Reference and Dairy-Free Cookbook for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet.” After retiring, she founded The Spectrum Empowerment Project and the Gottschall Access Program. www.SpecificCarbohydrateDietAssociation.org
