Pandas Return to San Diego, Flood Victim Vouchers, State of the County Address

The San Diego Zoo has struck an agreement with the China Wildlife Conservation Association to bring two pandas to Southern California. Today marks one month since thousands of San Diegans were forced from their homes due to severe flooding. Now concern is mounting over the options available to those impacted families once hotel vouchers expire.
