MR in DC is over a far greater range of ‘Regulated Activities.’ Labour's NC 17 amendment to the Serious Crimes Bill was a decaffeinated version that would deliver additional 'practice' complication - the very thing that isn't wanted and which he spoke against in the Panorama recording.
