Panthers Bring Fire to Kinnick | Iowa Hawkeyes Football News

Northern Iowa’s Panthers are no pushovers as they storm into Kinnick Stadium, riding high after a 56-14 demolition of Drake. Freshman QB Jaxon Dailey is lighting up the stat sheet with over 500 yards, three TDs, and just one pick — and he’s not afraid to run. Tight end Brady McCullough, a 6’4”, 240-pound monster, is averaging 15 yards per catch and has already hauled in three scores. On defense, the linebacking corps — led by John Powers, Braden McShane, and Kolben Miller — shut down Drake’s run game with just 29 yards on 27 carries. With Iowa’s offense still shaky on the ground, UNI’s defense could be the key to an upset. Don’t sleep on this team — they’re built to make a statement.
