Panthers draft receiver Tetairoa McMillan with No. 8 pick

The Carolina Panthers chose Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan with the eighth pick in Thursday's NFL Draft.McMillan was third in FBS with 1,319 receiving yards at 15.7 yards per reception.
