Paola is a mother of 4 and recently just became a grandmother too. She has been practicing yoga for almost 7 yrs. She started her yoga journey at 41 yrs old & got her yoga teaching certification at 43. Ever since then, she has been teaching with every beat of her heart & soul because she wants people to feel & experience the benefits of yoga that she has ever since she started this transformational practice. She believes It’s never too late to follow your passion. Her expertise lies in teaching others to conquer their inner chaos and boldly step into the healthiest, most fulfilled version of themselves.
