Our guest in this episode is Paolo Gallo, Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach and Author.Over the last 30 years, Paolo has been Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC, and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London.Paolo currently spends his time coaching and consulting to high-level individuals and organizations, but also makes time to volunteer to ensure that all humans can access learning, development and fulfilment in their careers.
