Paper View - Episode 48 - The Long Game

from Paper View Hosted by Daniel Ford

The Long Game is defined as: "British term for a long-term confidence trick, or con. A multi-step scam, often involving multiple people and aimed at obtaining large sums of money from marks, or suckers." This sums up Brexit perfectly. Britain's membership of the European Union was a confidence trick in the first place, and we're seeing Brexit being diverted and delayed, and democracy being thwarted. I talk about the latest in the Brexit negotiations. Israel says it engaged in airstrikes on Iranian targets in Syria. I talk about why Israel wants conflict with Iran and Syria and the long game behind the West’s foreign policy. The word family has now been deemed offensive!! Google staff have complained about the word, with one walking out of a meeting upon hearing the word. I talk about the wider context of this story and the deeper, darker long game behind targeting the family unit. Medicine and drugs could soon be delivered to our bodies directly by nano-robots. I talk about the sinister implications of this happening and the long game reason for it happening.

Ukraine - History in the Making Emil Juhler When I started the conversation series ”Ukraine - History in the Making” I could have never imagined where this journey would lead me. It all started in March 2023 after I got home from an exchange stay in Chile and felt, that I had to do more for Ukraine, than what I did on my social media accounts and on the streets in the spring and summer of 2022. I think most of us remember that initial period after Ruzzia’s the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
