E foi seguindo essa ideia que Guerda Tiziane Adão, dona da oficina The Lion Queens Garage, criou o Projeto Cores: iniciativa que ajuda mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade social a desenvolver uma profissão no setor automotivo. A iniciativa começou em 2023, ofertando um curso a quatro mulheres, e seguirá em 2024 ajudando mais pessoas. Com Cristiano Castilho e Beto Pacheco.
