Brien believes in the possibility that some, but not all, ancient megalithic structures are attributable to extraterrestrials. Instead, he thinks that perhaps three to four unknown ancient civilizations have come and gone, and it's just a matter of time enough collective evidence (of what little remains) will support this theory.
