Today I sit down with Jeff Dugdale the Head Swimming Coach at Queens University of Charlotte. Jeff has won 14 national titles during his tenure at Queens. He has also coached multiple Paralympians, including Hannah Aspden who is a Captain of Team USA during the 2024 Games.
