Paralyzed to prize

from My blurred opinion · host Timothy West

On April 3, 1996, Anthony Bryan was diagnosed with a benign Astrocytoma brain tumor and had to undergo a craniotomy operation to remove it. He was six years old at the time. Post survey it became evident that he had suffered a stroke during surgery which resulted in left-sided hemiplegia and left-sided field defect. At the hospital, doctors noticed his face had dropped on one side and he couldn’t clench his fist or walk on his left leg. This is only the beginning of the story, and it gets worse, but then it gets much better. Anthony's perseverance level is so high in the story, it's amazing how much he's had to endure, and even though there were some very dark days, he found his way through, and found his purpose in life. In 2015 his biggest achievement was being selected to represent England at the Cerebral Palsy World Games. He won  two gold medals.   YouTube: https://youtube.com/@antbryanfitness?si=lY_rmxLUZ_-KLa4s Instagram: Instagram.com/antbryanfitness
