Simmer 20 minutes. Let cool and strain. Discard solids. To make simple syrup boil equal parts granulated sugar and water for 5 minutes. Let cool. Over ice in a high ball glass pour 1/2 cup ginger tea, 1/3 cup simple syrup, .5oz fresh squeezed lime juice and top with club soda.
