She has since formally investigated with various psychic and paranormal organizations for more than 20 years.  Katie is a freelance writer and blogger, with areas of specialty in paganism and the occult. She maintains that, because ghosts are earthbound souls, the whole of the paranormal field is subtopic to the studies of theology and spirituality.  Katie is an occult specialist and client relations consultant for Oregon Paranormal and writing consultant and field researcher for Paranormal Research & Investigations. Both an ordained minister and pagan priestess, Katie is currently obtaining her Ph.D. in holistic theology. A Montana native, Katie now resides in Northwest Oregon.
