Also known as “Connor's Mom”,  you’ll recognize my guest today from the wildly popular Netflix show "Love on the Spectrum", where her and her family share their lives, primarily her son Connor's, as he navigates life on the spectrum. Lise Smith opens up about parenting a child on the spectrum, what that was like when he was young and what it’s like now that he’s a young man.  She shares all the signs that were there and how her husband and doctor dismissed her concerns at the time, saying that she was over-reacting.   How has the Netflix show changed their lives?
