She began her career in 1991 as a paraprofessional serving the needs of children with developmental disabilities. She went on to join a local non-profit agency that supported children with mental health diagnosis. Jaci was an In-Home Family Counselor and Program Coordinator for 20 years.With over 40,000 hours of experience coaching parents and kids she founded Hello World, LLC in 2013 – a company dedicated to teaching parents how to become the Confident Leader their Kids Crave you to Be! In 2019 she created the Becoming a No-Problem Parent™ Community and in 2021 she launched The No-Problem Parenting Podcast.
