We are talking about Intentional Parenting and the education of our children. Not just any education, the emotional and mental education! They can learn math, they will learn to read, what we NEED our children to learn, and the generations to come, are going to be taught through observing, leading, and SHOWING them.Empathy, kindness, compassion, all the good within us that just needs to be fostered and nurtured instead of snuffed out! Along with adults learning to do this for THEMSELVES so they then can help their kiddos.It's not going to always be easy, parenting, but it gets to be intentional and you put the work in! So pick up a book, learn about stages and phases, find a professional that can guide you, or start your own healing journey, whatever you do get regulated, stop taking it out on your kids, and embrace the now!Yes, have grace and forgive yourself on this journey of parenting, because no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, but we can all learn to apologize for said mistakes and learn to do better!I love you SO much and am so thankful you're listening to this episode.
