Parents and carers launch funding campaign for learning disabilities

A Strabane mother who cares for her disabled adult child says her family feel like they have been failed by the authorities after it emerged that services for people with learning disabilities within the Western Trust have been underfunded by much as £8million over - in the Trust's words - "the last couple of years".
