Parents and Thriving

In honor of Jude's first birthday, my husband and I are going to be talking about all of the things we've learned in Jude's first year of life. We're not experts, but we hope this episode encourages you do know how loved you are by Jesus, surround yourself with people, and maybe give yourself a little bit of grace.  On every episode we highlight different organizations that are truly worth donating too or just checking out. This week we are highlighting My T BY Design. This is a Therapeutic Art Studio in Northwest Arkansas founded by Lakisha Bradley. They offer customized workshops to help people tell their stories through art. They are an incredible organization in NWA that not only strive to restore families and family dynamic but also give back to the community through multiple organizations. If there is anything we need right now in the world, it's to create a safe environment for kids and families. I couldn’t think of a better way to bond with our kids and show them that there is more than one way to be creative and express who they are.
