Parents, educators advocate for focus on early childhood education in Michigan

Early childhood education was the focus on Tuesday, as Michigan parents and advocates took message to state lawmakers: We need to do better for our kids. Over the years, we've seen funding cuts to these programs and services, so the system has had to get creative.
