Paris Henken joins the show to tell us all about her story and path to the Olympic Games! Paris was able to represent us in a brand new event at the 2016 Rio Games and gave us great insight into what it was like being there.She gives us a better understanding of how competitive sailing works, and what it's been like being in the thick of it for most of her life.
