Parker Towers Fire Contained | Miami News

A major fire erupted in Hallandale Beach’s 20-story Parker Towers early Tuesday, starting on the 16th floor — but thanks to a swift response from nearly 60 firefighters, no one was injured and the blaze was contained before spreading. Residents were safely evacuated, with heavy damage confined to the affected unit, while the building’s structure held strong. The cause remains under investigation — but this incident underscores how critical rapid emergency action is in high-rise fires.
