'Parking Tickets and Past Troubles' & 'Broken Windows and Broken Relationships' & 'Dog Does Damage'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff brings her son to court. She admits she was a drug addict when her son and his siblings were growing up, but wants to make amends. She’s suing for parking tickets and emotional distress. The defendant admits he got parking tickets in her name, but he was never registered as a co-owner of the car. He says his mother always put drugs ahead of her kids and his life has been changed forever, so he’s countersuing for emotional distress. Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant but says they broke up after the defendant cheated on him with her ex who just got out of prison. The plaintiff argues his ex-girlfriend vandalized his car after they got into an argument. He’s suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff cheated on her first and insists she didn’t do anything to his car.  Plus, The plaintiff says her daughter has been friends with the defendant for years. She allowed the defendant and her dog to move into a rental property but argues the defendant’s rottweiler caused major damage, so she’s suing. The defendant admits her dog wrecked the property, but she thinks the plaintiff should get at least one more estimate on the repair costs.  Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
