Parkway East "bathtub" & 10th Street Bypass closed by rising water...Flood warning through this afternoon, streams/creeks levels rising...Pedestrian dies after being struck by SUV on Parkway North

A flood warning is in effect through this afternoon. The National Weather Service says numerous streams and creeks are out of their banks and river levels are rising. Tuesday's heavy rain flooded roads around the Pittsburgh area and there are several closures this morning.
