The National Security Advisor for the United States said he and the government does not need a warrant to spy on you.  That was Jake Sullivan's response to a question about proposed amendments to the FISA warrant process.   He said it was not in the interest of national security to obtain a warrant to spy on Americans, especially those who are suspected of being a terrorist.
