That is what the west is doing. They have chosen to defend a country that is guilty of the same atrocities as the country they deemed evil. The west is even sending weapons and money to Israel, so they can wipe out their mortal enemies. Some war hawks like Senator Lindsey Graham is on recording saying this fight between Israel and Hamas is a religious war.
