From The Rebbe’s Father זצ״ל Take the following fine spices: 500 shekels of liquid myrrh - *מר דרור* 30:23 Talmud CHULIN 139b *From where in the Torah can one find an allusion to Mordecai?* *He replied:* *As it is written with regard to the anointing oil in the Tabernacle*: “*And you shall also take the chief spices, of flowing myrrh [מר דרור]* (Exodus 30:23); and we translate mor deror into Aramaic as:, *מירא דכיא* which resembles the name Mordecai *מרדכי*. Questions; A) Why is the name hinted in the *Targum*? And not in the Posuk. B) The letters of the name *מדרכי* are not all the letters of מירא דכיא?
