He was the former front man of International punk rock bands Wax and 22 Jack's which had members of the Foo Figthers, and has toured with Danzig, Bush and the Vans Warped tour. Joe is the co founder of Side One Dummy Record's and has signed International bands Flogging Molly and Gaslight Anthem. He was an actor in the cult classic movie's Malrat's and Bio Dome. He has released a comedy album "Nowhere Near the Top".
