Drawing from her diverse experience as corporate communications and talent acquisition professional in the telecommunications and technology industries for 30 years, she designed and engineered national advocacy initiatives that continue to build institutional mechanisms to empower persons on the autism spectrum and those who care for them. She is propelled by her love for her family, as a mom to three adult children. Her eldest child is on the autism spectrum. Mona speaks publicly about digital engagement responsibility and innovation, genealogy and family history research, disability-inclusive employment, and empowered parenting.
