We all do the surgeries to make sure that the vaginal opening is not too tight but sometimes it is closed too tight or the patient has a new larger partner. Pelvic surgeons need to manage this problem. I want to show you how I take care of the problem in the office under local anesthesia and without the need for suturing. Anytime you put sutures it can scar and cause a band. So here is an option of repair using standard cautery and radiofrequency. The complete video is about 46 minutes long.
