[00:00:53] DE: In this episode, we'll go into a little more detail about this whole question of the censure, and the right to informed counsel, and why this is so important. Why was it so outrageous that SRD voted to censure a sitting board member for talking to her lawyer about in-camera information? [00:01:16] Noba: I didn't think that sharing information with my lawyer was a breach of confidence. And in fact, I thought that it was absolutely foundational to the whole legal system. [00:01:27] Noba: It's quasi-constitutional. One needs to be able to share everything with one's lawyer.
