My special guest, Texas Ranger Brandon Bess, was instrumental in solving this 26-year old case case out of Beaumont, Texas. I always say it takes a village. Ranger Bess really speaks to the collaboration effort between the Texas Rangers, the Beaumont Police Department, and Othram. Special thanks to Ranger Bess.
