Part 2 - The Nehushtan Principle: Is Today's New Religion Jesus the Messiah or is He an Idol?

When Messiah was telling us that He "did not come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets" was He declaring that He met the Deuteronomy criteria to be the true Prophet & Messiah of Yahweh? If so, what do we do with "mainstream Jesus" that purportedly "did away with the 'old' Law?" In the Book of Numbers we read of the Hebrew word "nase" or pole; banner; lifted ensign for all to see. This same word shows up again in Isaiah's writings and is used to speak directly of Messiah. Is there a mysterious connection to be made here or is it all just happenstance? Let's find out!
