 Elise Crawford BA, BOHS, GCTerEd, PhD (Human Factors) chats to Sharon Todd CPE & President of the HFESA,  about some of the tools she uses for cognitive work analysis and good work design.Elise lectures and coordinators industry placement projects within the Safety Sciences at CQUniversity.
