This is part one of a two-part interview with John Palmer.Justice For Katie Palmer: John Palmer -  John Palmer’s wife Katie, was hit by a pickup truck on the morning of April 21st, 2020. She did not survive her injuries. The driver, Palmer’s neighbor Cory Foster, had a long history of citations and arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and reckless driving.
