Part I: Life, Loss and Loyalty; a behind the scenes journey to healing and self discovery with Rich Howe

Rich is someone who has so much to give to this world and support others who have been through events in their life. As a veteran, husband, father, family and community service member Rich has been through trauma, secondary trauma and has been on a journey of healing, self discovery and redefining who he is becoming in the new phase of life. I want to thank Rich for his service and sacrifices, and his family for all they have sacrificed. I want to thank him for taking time to talk about his therapeutic journey and healing which has taken place over the last decade This has been a journey of self discovery and redefining  his purpose - we get a behind the scenes to that and I am incredibly grateful and honored to see where this journey takes him
