黄帝内针学习心得王治皓频道随着《黄帝内针》一书的出版，黄帝内针当代传承人杨真海先生以“人人知医，天下少病“的胸怀，将此代代单传的法脉公之于众，以期利益更多有缘人。为避免在传播过程中可能出现的各种流弊，让所有学人能够获得正宗的传承，杨真海先生自 2015 年起，全权委托北京同有三和中医药发展基金会（以下简称“同有三和基金会”）进行黄帝内针的推广和传播，并将黄帝内针商业课程独家委托授权给同有三和基金会的下属机构北京同有三和教育文化有限公司，所有课程均为杨真海先生本人或认证讲师授课。想系统学习黄帝内针可阅读由杨真海老师传讲，刘力红老师整理的《黄帝内针》一书。关注“黄帝内针”公众号，内有免费有声书及更多学习资料。或者扫码添加“守真小和”微信，加入黄帝内针爱好者交流群。 ———————————————————————— 黄帝内针，其名来自《黄帝内针：和平的使者》一书，本套专栏提到加书名号的《内针》，即是指《黄帝内针：和平的使者》这本书，提到不加书名号的“内针”，即是指该书提供的针法，该针法是基于针灸学和《内针》这本书给出的规范，是针对患者痛疾，进而给出的一套可执行性止痛止痒方案。《内针》由杨真海老师传讲，刘力红教授整理，约89千字，共158页，从解字解医到内针规范，执简驭繁，博大精深；细品“芭蕉神韵”，阅后意犹未尽。内针的三大特点它整合了八脉交会、缪刺法、全息理论、腕踝针、五穴（四总穴+内关）等临床实用针法，引用了阴阳学说、三焦学说、六经辨证、阿是求穴等中医基础理论知识，相比于其他流派的针法，有以下几个特点： 1、用针较为安全：主要针刺肘膝关节以下，禁刺躯干和头部，较为安全。 2、入门门槛较低：“多次重复”＋“刻意练习”＋“总结反思”，即可满足要求。 3、有效易用难忘：内针效用高，法理大道而至简，谨遵法理，可见奇效。内针的针刺方法针刺主要取肘/膝以下穴位，针刺后不行针，留针45分钟后除针。内针的针法总则总则一：上病下治，下病上治总则二：左病右治，右病左治总则一、二是“阳病治阴，阴病治阳，定其血气，各守其乡”的翻版。上下左右是定格，上下左右中，左右是定中之定，证在左，必须要在右进针，反之亦然。至于上下相取，可以再进一步思辨，参见阴阳倒换求，总则四即代表了商量后的进针结果。什么是针对？比如病在左，必须刺右；病在右，必须刺左；（除阴阳倒换求之外）病在上，必须刺下；病在下，必须刺上； Good Samaritan Healthcast Good Samaritan Health news and tips brought to you by Good Samaritan.
