Dr. Harry Cliff is an LHCb particle physicist, Cavendish Fellow, and the writer of an excellent book about subatomic physics called “How to Make an Apple Pie From Scratch: In Search of the Recipe of Our Universe.” Our discussion today circled around the big question of: what exactly IS a subatomic particle?
