The Sober Gay has built a thriving online and real-life community for LGBTQ+ people exploring sobriety, and in this episode, we're joined by Welsh creator and community organiser Sion Meirion to talk about his journey away from alcohol and drugs, the realities of queer social culture, and why he created a space where sober and sober-curious people can connect. From documenting his first 100 days sober on TikTok to launching The Sober Gay Socials, Sion shares how a personal challenge unexpectedly grew into a supportive community.
