My guest today is my sister from another mister, a woman with another catchy business name that has the word plant in it, a wearer of the coolest hats ever, literally and also figuratively because she wears super stylish hats on her head but also wears the hat of podcast host, second podcast host (she has 2 podcasts), cookbook author, mom, wife, stage 4 endometriosis thriver, and proudly: my friend. Ok, you know I’m talking about Jessica Murnane, don’t you? If you don’t already know Jessica’s work, or vegan, gluten free chocolate chip cookies, you’re probs about to fall in love with her - and them. I should probably tell you actual biography stuff. Ok, Jessica is the founder of one part plant, a movement dedicated to helping peeps not party in their plants..that’s my thing, but eat one plant-based meal a day. Equally as cool. She’s the host of the One Part Podcast, The Cookbook Deal Podcast and she’s the author of the must-have plant-cookbook, called - you guessed it, One Part Plant. Alright, well Jessica might be one part plant, but our chat about plants is one hundred parts awesome! You’ll hear: How eating plants helped her stabilize her crippling Stage IV endometriosis.
