A few days ago Melaka PAS commissioner Kamaruddin Sidek voiced the Islamic party’s intention to head the Melaka state government. He said PAS would ask for the position of Chief Minister in exchange to support either Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Harapan to form the state government in the event of a hung state assembly.
