Senátorka Daniela Kovářová (nez.) v Pro a proti Českého rozhlasu Plus tvrdí, že paragraf je kontroverzní, zbytečný a zneužitelný. Navzdory rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu ho označuje za přílepek. „Tento zákon postihuje činnost vysoce nebezpečnou pro Česko, která dosud nebyla trestně postižitelná.
