Vs 5-8 God’s power is always available to His people when they are doing His work. Vs 9-11 Whatever you ask God for, always ask for Him first. Vs 12-14 God’s servants will pass away, but God’s work prevails, because it depends on His Spirit, not His servants. Vs 15-18 No one has a monopoly on the Holy Spirit, but the Holy Spirit wants to have a monopoly on us.
