Fuquan Bilal, the CEO and Founder of NationalNoteGroup Capital Fund, has been investing in real estate for many years. He’s had the opportunity to ride the wave and go down with it, learning a lot in that time period as he transitioned into notes and started doing mostly seconds. In this interview, he introduces his latest book, Passion for Real Estate Investments: The Making of a Strategic Real Estate Investor, and recounts how he got started in real estate investing and some hurdles he had to jump over. He also talks about what keeps him motivated and shares how people can get that same passion to expand their businesses.
