This week I'm excited to share my conversation with one of the best clinicians I've had the joy of spending time with. Dr. Mikal Hicks-Black is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist located in metropolitan Philadelphia. As a lead clinician, Dr. Hicks-Black covers various inpatient units within the hospital where she manages patients from diverse backgrounds with intricate trauma narratives and complex psychopathology.
