// Passion Projects: Pursuing Your Side Gig

Five years ago, I nervously hit "publish" on my website, marking the start of a remarkable path (with many highs and lows and starts and stops!). Today, I'm thrilled to share how a side gig can evolve into a full-time HEART-based path.♥ Many crave something new but hesitate due to inexperience. I say, give it a shot—start with a side gig. In today’s episode, let's explore the three-part framework to set the foundation for a flourishing side gig: TIME, TAILOR, and TRIAL. Starting a side gig is about managing your time wisely, tailoring your offering to your strengths, and continually refining it through trials. So, join me in taking tiny steps to move forward, refining your approach, and embracing the learning process. Your passion project might lead to a flourishing career. 🌟 🎧 Related Episode: Success Reimagined: The Richness of Energy Featuring JJ DiGeronimo High 📚 Tools to help: High5 Strengths Assessment | LendingTree Side Gig Survey 💛 Ways to work with me: Let's partner to craft your HEART-based career path or propel your company's talent strategy Join Fried to Flourishing, the self-paced career change course or virtual coaching experience You're invited to the Gathering Ground, an insider circle where careers take root, grow and flourish Browse around the shop and check out the playbooks: Make The Leap, Ultimate Playbook for Heart-Based Career Change | The Complete Interview Prep Playbook | Jumpstart Your Job Search, Gift for Grads 🖋️For detailed show notes, visit the Flourish Careers Blog 💛 Please note that I value confidentiality.
