Passion vs. Performance

It seems that many Christians are faithful in attendance, active in ministry, and committed to good churches, yet there is often a noticeable absence of genuine zeal for Christ. Many know the right things to say and do, but there can be a difference between faithfully serving Christ and merely settling into the routines of Christianity. Join the conversation between Pastor Caleb Phelps and Rand Hummel, staff evangelist from The Wilds. We look forward to hearing from Rand this summer during our VBS week, July 19-22, as he speaks to the adults in a series called Behind the Mask: Breaking Free from Performative Religion.
