Past, LETTING GO - Ep67e

This episode is letting go of the past so we can make room for our new journey, the next new chapter of our life so when we do reflect on things we aren't always reflecting to the past because we get stuck in those old emotions, we don't leave room for new memories for new experiences for new positive emotions.
